Q: WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME FROM ORDER?

Usually 4-6 weeks but may be quicker for smaller units and longer for larger projects

Q: WHAT TYPE OF ACTUAL TV'S DO YOU USE?

We only use the very latest State-of-the-Art Ultra HD Smart TV screens. If 40 inches and above we will use 4K screens to give you the most up to date in ultra high definition viewing. We generally use Samsung or Sony TV's unless the client requests a particular brand or model then we can use that.

Q: CAN YOUR MIRROR TV SCREENS BE CONNECTED TO MY HOME AUTOMATION SYSTEM LIKE LUTRON?

Yes of course, you can use the Smart TV's just like any other TV. HDMI connection or wifi and bluetooth. Of course the TV can also connect to Sky, Virgin, DVD Players etc as usual

Q: IF I BUY THE 'RECESSED' BUILT IN THE WALL MIRROR TV HOW DO I GET SOUND?

The TV will need to be connected to speakers which would usually be in your ceiling, or wall or free standing.

Q: IF I BUY THE 'WALL FIXED' MIRROR TV HOW WILL I GET SOUND?

The Wall Fixed series just hangs on the wall from a special bracket we give you and sound can come from the TV from behind as usual so no special speaker connecting is required.

Q: CAN I SEE THE TV PICTURE WHEN THE TV IS SWITCHED OFF? 

No, the TV behind disappears completely and you only see the beautiful mirror

Yes we offer a 2 year warranty on all orders

We ask for payment by bank transfer with order. We then issue you a 3D drawing showing exact details of your luxury mirror tv screen to sign off before we start to manufacture for you.
